Klövern lets to the county council in Nyköping

Klövern has signed a 20-year lease contract with Sörmland County Council for health care premises in central Nyköping. The annual rent amounts to almost SEK 4.9 million.

Sörmland County Council has signed a lease contract to rent almost 3,600 sq.m. at the property Mjölkflaskan 8 in Nyköping from 1 January 2013. Half of the space consists of a health care centre and the other half of a clinic for child and youth psychiatry. Former industrial premises are being converted into offices, and installations and surfaces renovated.

“With this letting to the County Council, we have upgraded and filled the whole property that we acquired in 2009 with new high-quality tenants”, says Klövern’s CEO Gustaf Hermelin.
